Shipping
Dispatch Your delivery will reach you after successful receipt of your order within the next 10 days with DHL.* The shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and depend on the country of destination.

Our standard prices incl. VAT
Germany: 6.90 €
Other EU countries: 18.00 €
European non-EU countries**: 30.00 €

For partial deliveries, you will only incur shipping costs for the first partial delivery, unless the partial deliveries are made at your request.

You will always be informed about the status of your order by e-mail. If the product you require is not available or the delivery time is delayed, we will also inform you immediately.

If you are registered as a customer in our online shop, you can also call up the current status of your order at any time on our website in the ‘My account’ - ‘Orders’ section.

Payment methods
We work together with the payment service provider Mollie.
The payment process is facilitated, and your personal data and payments are safe and secure. Mollie is fully PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and processes your online payment for our online shop www.pure-berufsbekleidung.de. Therefore, you may see Mollie or Stg Mollie Payments on your bank statement.
However, if you have any questions about your payment or a refund, please contact us first.

You can choose between the following payment methods in our online shop:

  • PayPal - Your online payments will be processed by Mollie.
  • Credit card payment - your online payments will be processed by Mollie.
  • Invoice (only possible within Germany)
  • Prepayment

PayPal

Credit card payment
An online payment method using the Mollie payment service. You can easily pay online by credit card. All you have to do is enter your personal credit card details in the relevant fields of the online form and confirm the payment. Credit card payments are a popular method of payment. They give our customers a feeling of security thanks to comprehensive insurance and a high level of buyer protection.

Invoice (only possible within Germany)
The invoice is enclosed with your product delivery and must be paid within the next 14 days. The invoice date corresponds to the delivery date.

Prepayment
If you wish to pay in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation you receive by e-mail. Your order will then be delivered to you after successful receipt of payment.
