Returns
If you don't like or don't like an item you ordered, you can easily return your delivery or partial delivery to us at cost price within 14 days of receiving your ordered goods:Pure Berufsbekleidung

If you would like a different size or if you would like to exchange your item of clothing for a different model or color, simply contact us by email at info@pure-cd.de or by phone (Mon-Fri from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) at +49 40 386 141 88.
We will endeavor to make your exchange requests possible by arrangement.
Return conditions
The items you return must be in the same condition in which you received them. We also ask that you ensure that they are properly packaged.After receiving your return, we will check the condition of the items and either exchange them for a different size or refund the returned items. Please note that we cannot accept returns that are not prepaid or sent cash on delivery.
Please understand that we will not cover the costs of returns.
Custom-made items and embroidered goods cannot be exchanged.
Refund
Refunds for properly returned goods will be made within a few days of receipt and inspection of the return and depend on the payment method chosen:PayPal
Credit to your PayPal account. You can decide for yourself with PayPal whether the amount will then remain in your PayPal account for another purchase or be transferred back to your bank account. We have no influence on this.
Credit card payment
Credit to your credit card account. You will see the booking on your next credit card statement. We have no influence on the billing date of your credit card statement.
Invoice
Cancellation of your invoice or a reduction of your invoice by the value of the returned item. In the latter case, you only pay for the goods you have kept. If the transfer has already been made, the amount will be credited to your bank account. Please provide us with your account details.
Advance payment
Credit to your bank account. Please provide us with your account details.
